All the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Terrible amateur service. No one knows what they are doing regarding ordering. No follow thru. I was told too many false statements. No apologies on having my item sold out from under me. No calls to help me find another. Again terrible service.
Not impressed they sent us damaged bathtub and refused to exchange as it was more than 48 hours of delivery. Go with bigger chain like home depot to save these kind of headaches
