Excellent pricing and a knowledge staff.
This was my second time coming in with my obscure questions about fittings. This time I was looking for 6 inch pipe for a project. I dealt with the same guy at the front desk. He acknowledges you right away even if he's busy. He patiently listens and actually shows some interest in helping you. Very nice person, genuinely helpful. The other staff seem nice as well.

"I bought a liberty sump pump from Robinson last month, but it is not working properly. When I purchased it, I explained my requirements, and the Robinson staff advised me to get a 4/10 LE 40 series pump, so I bought it. A week later, when I reported the problem, they told me that it could not be returned. Even my plumber has checked it and confirmed that the pump has an issue, but the Robinson staff refuses to acknowledge it.
