"I bought a liberty sump pump from Robinson last month, but it is not working properly. When I purchased it, I explained my requirements, and the Robinson staff advised me to get a 4/10 LE 40 series pump, so I bought it. A week later, when I reported the problem, they told me that it could not be returned.
