Cancelling an appointment the day of. The worst. No integrity
First impressions are everything for me. So after speaking with the stylist the day before and solidifying times and date. I was surprised 20mins of waiting outside that she was a no show. I text her (always get things in writing) and she told me she won’t be in due to a personal matter. She claimed to have called me but I had no missed calls, text or voicemails.
