Very unprofessional booking experience.
Cancelling an appointment the day of. The worst. No integrity
First impressions are everything for me. So after speaking with the stylist the day before and solidifying times and date. I was surprised 20mins of waiting outside that she was a no show. I text her (always get things in writing) and she told me she won’t be in due to a personal matter. She claimed to have called me but I had no missed calls, text or voicemails. It would have been nice to get that communication before I showed up. This was for a nail appt for a trip the next day to PR. (Just white nails nothing fancy) So I ... read more
