Hired to repair a broken vent pipe on a metal roof. He increased the price on us the day he showed up, then rushed through the job and finished in under an hour. The repair failed in 8 months, then he refused to stand by the work despite the supposed year guarantee. We pressed them on the guarantee, he said they would reach out to set up a time, then ghosted us. We now need to find someone else to make the same repair a year later. Had an appointment set up, even confirmed that morning and they never showed nor contacted me to tell me they werent coming.
We were left in a tight spot by another contractor and brought Trevor and his team in for a roof installation. Although they were able to get us scheduled immediately and finished the work in one day, it was done quickly and the roof began leaking the day after the install. We have contacted them several times over several weeks and only get vague replies that they will take care of it. We were promised a 10 year guarantee on their work, but ours didn't even last a day.
Excellent service, fast response. Quick turn around on-site from start to finish. The group does excellent work, very fast from stripping to new install. Very easy to work with, communication was very good on all aspects of the job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or needs the old one stripped and repaired. They did an excellent post job clean up making sure debris are taking care of and area is left clean.
