The exceptional hard work Jesus, and Joseph did today 3-13-2024 was so helpful and professional fixing the floor damage in the hallway, done by a washer leak on the second floor apt. Demiya came out to my house today to assess some water damage in our master bathroom. She was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took the extra time to be very meticulous in her inspection of the cause of the damage. Quoted way less than end price. I understand the price can change but I was never advise of the additional charges as the work went on. It took the company months to provide an invoice for the work after many many requests. Accounting department made false statements regarding emails and USPS correspondence that was not sent. Would not recommend. Very poor experience.

I asked them out to help me remediate mold in my bedroom, I was afraid to touch it without it being professionally remediated. Robert walked into my home showing my daughters TikTok videos of his famous cat, and ignored me when I asked him to put it away. When he looked at the job site, he fully disturbed the mold I was afraid to touch without professionals, and then told me I needed to lie to my insurance company to get them to pay for it.
