Robinson Restoration did a very good job of taking care of a situation in my bathroom that required dehydration and floor replacement.
Our sewage overflowed into our basement and we were so freaked out. Christian and Tyra helped us through the process and made a terrible situation bearable. They responded almost immediately, explained the entire process and communicated along the way. They were professional, courteous and friendly at every turn. They collaborated with our plumber to ensure a seamless process. I could not be happier with their services and have already recommended them to friends, family and neighbors. We are very satisfied customers!

Robinson Restoration did a fine job with the actual work (water heater created water damage in the basement), but the way their billing department handled things was awful. The home insurance company was already processing the payment, yet Robinson Restoration's team was extremely aggressive about collecting. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, the billing staff was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable.
