Jasmine worked so hard with us to get the property sold. There were multiple unusual circumstances that cropped up, but she took them in stride and drove it to the finish line. I really appreciated that she understood my original goal and desire to allow the tenants to stay in the property, even though it would lead to a much lower sale price and commission. Great communication skills. Knowledge of their job! Have great connection with different people. Makes you feel included. Huge advocates for what you want, expect, and need. Inspects stuff you didn’t think you need to look at! Overall, great couple to do business with and they’ll keep helping you even after the sale.
It was such a pleasure working with Jaquon. He responded quickly with a list of potential homes for viewing. Then ensured someone was available to show homes after 5:30 pm (including his lovely wife). After finding the home we wanted he professionally prepared all documentation and brought us to closing in two weeks. When sellers did not comply with contract he was quick to fix it so we could close. If you are looking to buy or sell this is your team-- professional, dedicated and willing to go above and beyond!
Jasmine and Jaquon are very knowledgeable when it comes to realty. They really made my life less hectic when they took on the job to become my realtors and sell my home.
