Matt came to fix a main sewer drain clog that I had. He came on a Saturday, just after a HUGE snow storm. The roads had not been plowed and the temperatures were sub-below. I was surprised that he was willing to come out with the weather the way it was, but he did. Matt was professional, courteous and explained everything very clearly. He got the job done quickly.
