I'm so confused, today. Got a call from fpher office telling me they had to cancel my appointment for Nov.5th, because she is retiring. Really? A five minute notice after spending 20 years going to her for my health issues. I'm very unhappy and confused, why only a 5 minute notice.. It's just not right...
Dr. Robinson gives her fullest attention to my Mom during appointments. She takes her time when checking my Mom and always explains everything she is doing as well as giving detailed information about diagnosis and or of instructions with my Moms medications. Dr. Robinson takes time to return phones calls in a timely manner and still takes her time to listen and respond to my concerns.
Dr. Robinson has been my primary care physician for 20 years. I always felt very well cared for and listened to. I would recommend her to anyone!
This doctor should NOT be in practice. She misdiagnosed my elderly mother with COPD and never sent her out to a specialist to have it verified. My mother spend THOUSANDS of dollars on specialized medication for a condition she never had. did not take my mother's mental health issues seriously. The topper was when she delayed my critical mother's radiation treatment for breast cancer so she could be the one to "break the news" to my mother even though mom's surgeon had told her 3 wks before.
dr robinson is one of the best drs i have went to she is there for you she listens to how you are and she takes action on what the problem is and she does not stop until she finds out very easy to talk to and tell all you medical history no matter what she has a very great staff who is there for you as well they listen and go into action that is needed on the problem i am very grateful for dr robinson
Dr. Robinson is very approachable, thorough and takes times to talk with you. Visit is not rushed and her staff is very professional and nice!
