Didn't have the order ready. Waited 2 hours only for them to tell me I had to find another load as the customer doesnt only want the product they have ready to ship.
Don't tell people you'll call them same day, if you're not actually going to.
Nice staff nice place...street around is very tight.
Everyone seemed to be very friendly! The dock is a tad bit difficult to get to if other drivers are parked beside the building but all in all not bad!!! The staff and the office lady were very nice as well!!!
