Dr. Robinson and staff are very helpful and professional. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Robinson because he listens to me and because he is great at explaining how the body functions. Dr Robinson is a very compassionate doctor . The office staff are friendly and very courteous. Darleen is my absolute favorite.
Dr Kent Robinson is very unprofessional when it comes to him showing up for his appointments at Mercy Health . He has his staff cancels his patients appointments literally the day before they are scheduled to come in and see him. He has done this to my husband 4 times in the short amount of time of him being his patient.
