Robinson, Hoover & Fudge filed a lawsuit against me in a state I don’t even live in, then lied and said they couldn’t find me — even though they had my updated Texas address, took payments from me there, and REPOSSESSED MY CAR directly from my Texas home. If I could give them 0 stars i definitely would. 2 people hung up on me. That act as if they are the judge when they just answer the phone. I talked to 3 people in total and they were all extremely RUDE! One name is Alexis but I can’t remember other other 2 ladies names.
They came after me for a $1,000 debt from 2017. Charge me $2600.00 garnish my paycheck last year. It was paid off. Now they coming after me again for the same debt. You can not get hold of anyone, they don't answer there, or responds to email. I will be hiring a attorney. Watch out for these idiots. I have all receipts.
I want to know how these people are able to slap on 20 to 30 thousand extra dollars from a truck I had almost 20 years ago that was maybe at the most 3500 and now charging me 30000 for it? The original creditor is now permanently closed. Wtf?
Anyone interested in joining a class action lawsuit against Hoover Robison and Fudge. They’ve been practicing predatory lawsuits and judgements and can be proven. If anyone wants to look up Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. Esp the part where they can’t collect money for which you do not owe. Ie intrest on debt owed. You can actually sue them and if you win you can collect up to 1000 dollars plus lawyer fees. If a class action lawsuit wins they can be fined up to 500000. So your research and sue these guys
