Had a consultation with attorney Boyd in real estate and it was very productive and informative. He was very knowledgeable with Colorado tenant/landlord laws and also wasn't pushy. He empathized going over the damages looking to be recouped and the attorney fees weighing the cost. He also mentioned if we don't need him now he is always available to us in the future. I understand why they've been in business for 35+ years. They do honest and good work.

We worked with this team for almost a year and all they did was suck money from our account without providing any results. They charge $80 per email just to tell you they have not done anything. After spending THOUSANDS yes thats SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars, we moved on to another atorney and our case moved forward pretty quickly without any trouble. If you want to waste money, choose Robinson and Henry. If you want results, go elseware!
