A great experience under stressful circumstances. Lawyers do not have to give free advice, but during the initial consultation, that is exactly what we got. We felt confident in our attorney’s knowledge and know that we can trust him to help us if our case goes to court. The entire process was seamless from making the appointment to attending the meeting in Zoom. We were very grateful for our consultation. It was also helpful to see how many years experience each attorney had and where they earned their degrees.
We hired and retained a partner who sold us on his expertise in real estate land matters. The moment our retainer cleared, we were dumped on a Senior Associate who was clearly out of his depth. No discussion. No consent. Just gone. This associate was either incompetent or completely disorganized - possibly both. We are early into my case, but my first impression working with the firm Robinson & Henry is that they have a great team. Things may or may not workout with my case, but I appreciate the fact that I was heard by Thomas and his team. Thomas was patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. I have confidence in this firm to help resolve my legal matter.
Had a consultation with attorney Boyd in real estate and it was very productive and informative. He was very knowledgeable with Colorado tenant/landlord laws and also wasn't pushy. He empathized going over the damages looking to be recouped and the attorney fees weighing the cost. He also mentioned if we don't need him now he is always available to us in the future. I understand why they've been in business for 35+ years. They do honest and good work.
