Seamless experience on initial consultation with Joe Lico. The firm followed up immediately to my web form request for a consult and communications from scheduling through post-meeting feedback went well. Joe was honest and helpful. While I did not end up using him, I appreciated his candor. He helped me move forward in a positive direction. I did feel the initial consultation fee was high for 30 minutes. I will also say the follow up for signing a contract for representation and leaving a review has been beyond a nuisance.
