So far so good, we just needed an attorney on retainer for miscellaneous company business (Employment laws, construction laws & contractual needs). The initial consultation was great, we were partnered with Eric Neeper who was very well prepared, knowledgeable and helpful during our consultation. The guidance in the consult was incomplete and incorrect. We were told generic information regarding timelines, which didn't apply to our case. When I mentioned this, Michele said she wasn't sure and would let us know, which never happened. She didn't seem prepared and needed the explanation more than once. She did come to the consult on time and was pleasant. However, I didn't feel confident in her knowledge enough to move forward with a retainer.
Joe Lico was extremely helpful and thorough during my consultation. We came to the conclusion that it would make sense addressing the concern a different way and he gave me all the information I needed to do that effectively - more than what I anticipated going into the call. He was very kind and I felt cared for and heard during the call, even though I wasn’t going to be working with him post-call. I felt very comfortable with my initial consultation, Margaux Martinez-Harris answered all of my questions and I had several. Unlike other places, I looked at and wanted everything paid in full, they’re kind enough to offer a payment plan.
My husband and I had a phone consultation with Todd Weaver, during which he was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable of our landlord/tenant situation. He was able to walk us through some different scenarios with how to proceed and stay within the guidelines of the law. He was very professional, friendly and helpful without being pushy. We are very grateful for his advice.
