Managers at the firm lie about their qualifications! The attorneys didn’t use common sense regarding a mortgage payment issue. They had communications going to them and were unaware that BMO had initiated foreclosure. Additionally, the when there is an issue, the billing department has no clue what they are doing.their work terminated the beginning of August 2024 and they yet to return my retainers.
