Unprofessional and unsatisfactory service I hired Robinson Plumbing to replace radiators and TRVs however they burnt my carpets, installed faulty radiators and changed the pipework without my knowledge. A resolution was agreed but they went back in their word and decided to go through insurance. Their insurance only covered the damages e.g. replace carpets, painting skirting but not the failed workmanship. Due to their unprofessional and untimely communication for over 8 months, it resorted in me filing a small claims court ... read more
