Do Not Pay Upfront. Jeremy came out Friday could not get furnace going. Paid up front for parts and install. Part showed Tuesday and Jeremy did not. Got charged for install paying up front. We had to do install on our before pipes froze. Need recite for warrantee on new furnace he has refused to reply to Voicemails and Texts.
