I am very disappointed with the conveyancing service provided in connection with my property settlement following a separation from my ex-partner. Nearly a year after settlement, I was notified by the Owners Corporation of an outstanding strata fee of almost $3,000 that had not been paid by my ex. The City Council also sent reminders for a full year of unpaid council rates. These issues should have been identified and resolved by the conveyancer during settlement, but unfortunately, they were not addressed.
