Bought a Sonic RV in 2022 from previous owners (great to deal with). Major issues with trailer requiring warranty work. New owners will not stand behind the trailer that has had repeated issues with the slider. Terrible quality trailer and even worse service. I would not buy anything else from here.
We purchased a brand new trailer from this company a few years ago, had some warranty work done that wasn't done correctly, causing us to make multiple trips, we also had them add a wifi extender into the trailer, that too wasn't installed correctly. We brought this to the attention of the sales/service manager, he made a sly comment underneath his breath and was caught, when addressed we apparently hurt his feelings, because of this "negative interaction" they no longer want to service us now that the trailer is no longer u... read more
