we hired a roofing company to put a new roof on our rental property. They did an outstanding job. The old roof was removed by them, they installed the new one, took down a no longer needed chimney, and replaced some flashing. They encountered several problems with the old roof but were able to overcome them. One of these problems was that the old roof had more layers of shingles than we initially thought.
