The best chiropractor I have ever been to!! Dr.Robinson and staffs are very professional but also caring, loving people. I personally very much enjoyed going to this clinic!!
Just had our first appointment here for my 6 week old. The doctor is awesome! Had knowledge of adjustments on newborns and explained everything so well so I could understand. Great experience.
I can't speak more highly of the experience that I have had at Robinson Family Chiropractic. Both the scheduling/billing specialists and Dr. Robinson are very professional and always giving their clients a comfortable experience. Dr. Robinson is very knowledgeable and engages personally with every customer. If there's ever a question that I have about my spine, Dr. Robinson has the answer and a plan to make it feel better. This practice is one that I would highly recommend!
Got a surprise bill from them almost two years after service. I really wish they clarified in the many times visiting if my insurance had any deductible that wasn't getting covered. Very upset my fiancee got these bills even when we specifically asked that they tell us at time of service and at end of service. The service itself is good, but if you use them make sure and VERY sure that they clear everything with insurance and VERIFY that they will not be sending you any bill.
