David Robinson was phenomenal! He diagnosed our problem with our two year-old Sony Bravia 8 TV and ordered a power board and installed it within 3 days! We’ll always call David with TV or appliance issues. Thanks, David.
David came out to see if he could repair our tv. He said he could order the part we needed. He charged us $145 and we never heard from him again. He won’t our texts or return our phone calls.
Even though I didn’t use Robison, I must say that David was not only very professional and highly knowledgeable. I had a flat screen television that was showing a partial screen and just from the picture I sent to David, he told me that it couldn’t be fixed. He could have just said that he would come out to look at it ( with a fee) but not only did he diagnose the problem but he also told me how to safely dispose of it. Just got off the phone with business owner. He quickly answered my question and put me in the right direction of how to solve my problem. I think a lot of the negative reviews seem to come from miscommunication/ misunderstanding from the customers as well as frustration with how expensive replacement parts can be.
I needed some help with a TV repair. David went above and beyond helping me. This is THE guy to call with all your appliance and TV problems. You will not be disappointed. David, thanks again
