Great customer service-ALL of the time! Michael or Chris ALWAYS respond to questions timely and make sure there customers are taken care of.
Our house is 15 years and our deck steps just collapsed when our exterminator started up them!!! Upon inspection, it seems that the run of 8 steps was attached to the deck with only about a dozen nails! No screws, no hangers, just a few nails. And the drywall was also put up with nails instead of screws and there are too many nail pops to count. Good luck if you have one of their houses!
