Very nice new dealership thought i would shop local, however the parts department was not interested in looking for a part ,didn't take the time to pick up a pen to get the year and make and part correct , came back twice with years that didn't match , after correcting them on the year and make came back two seconds later saying it was discontinued . I went home and found it on moparcanadaparts in 3 mins and order. save your time and skip the Hassel and source your own parts
Dispicable customer service. Took my money and admitted they couldn't fix the issue with my vehicle. Harassed me nonstop with sales calls afterwards, even when I asked them to leave me alone and delete my contact info. They have somehow gotten their google reviews to reset, eliminating most of the horror stories from the poor people they have taken advantage of. Beware!

Excellent experience at Robinson Chrysler, firstly hats off to Ray for spending time to find us 2 brand new 2023 vans for our growing team. It was a pleasure to deal with Ray and the complete team at Robinson. AK was amazing he made sure the vehicles were reedy on time and showed our new tech's how everything works including pairing up the phones and even setting radio stations.
