Bought a new 2024 Tahoe that’s been off the road more then on it and have been talked down to several times by miserable old lady in service
Robinsons have been there for me on numerous occasions since I purchased my vehicle. Most recently when I oops locked myself out of my car. They helped me to get back and sorted my fob issue. Sarah you are amazing. Not just a car dealership they make you feel like family.
Probably the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with to date. I wouldn’t even take anything in for an oil change at this point. Always seem to have an issue after I get work done there and constantly told it’s not their fault. I’ve had issues dealing with this dealership for the last year due to bad service and poor people skills. Refuse to spend money here anymore.
Amazing experience buying my Ford Explorer here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything go smoothly. Highly recommend this dealership! Cory was such a great guy —very helpful, patient, and made sure we were taken care of through the whole process .
