I have a 2025 Trailblazer my check engine light was on so I took the chance of going in the next day without an appointment right when they opened and they were very curtious and kind and was able to squeeze me in and fix the problem :) to which I was soooo great full :)
I have a warrantied truck with transmission issues. It has 2 stored codes for transmission issues. This dealership refused to even look at my truck because the engine light is OFF. Sad, they dont understand codes are stored in the computor. Wonder what other parts of their job they dont understand.
I purchased a pre-owned truck from Al Wardell. He did an excellent job of making sure that the truck was in tip top shape before I took delivery. An undiscovered problem occurred after I had taken the truck, and the service department performed beyond my expectations to resolve the issue.
