Robinson Brothers took great care of me and my truck. They repaired the truck quickly and were very helpful with getting a rental for me when Hertz sold my confirmed rental to someone else. Jasmine was extremely kind. They offered to detail the truck after it was completed.
If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute WORSE body shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Don’t just walk, RUN away from them. EXTREMELY unprofessional, have 100 excuses as to why they didn’t do this or that right. My car was brought here due to an accident I was in. I had no electrical or under the hood/grill damage. All I needed was a new bumper (that needed to be painted) My car was brought back to them 2 times after the initial repair bc of their lack of workmanship. ZERO pride in their work. If some want to repair a car here, don't do it. Besides, they took a long time, and they made a thousand excuses, they didn't leave it right, I brought it to be fixed again, they made me lose a day and they left it the same, terrible customer service
The communication is horrible,it’s always something different when you call,and last but not least they’ve had my car since the beginning of June and here we are in September and I still have no car,claimed the only thing I was waiting on was a part that was on back order,today was the expected day for pickup and now they’re still putting the vehicle back together and it still needs a windshield but everything was suppose to be done just was suppose to be waiting on the back order part,I wouldn’t never suggest using them aga... read more
