Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. I brought my car to Robinson Brothers Lincoln after a bad experience with another collision shop. I had high hopes for a solution. Once Robinson Brothers diagnosed the issue, we had to wait for approval from my insurance to start repairs, once received , they started almost 2 weeks my car had been there . Fast forward my car was ready just before Thanksgiving, and the representative, Adrian, was excited to hand it over all smiles .
