Just wasted over an hour of my time of my time after I spoke to someone on the phone at 2:12 PM saying as long as I made it to the dealership before four I could get an oil changed done, I arrived at 2:55 and was turned away. The person who told me to come in, did not check with the actual service department on their workload first causing me to waste almost an hour and a half round-trip.
They don't care about the safety of people! I emailed them about an issues that could have impacted everyone on the roads in the Baton Rouge, LA area. Take a look at the emails below. Their reply never showed concern for the welfare of the individuals traveling each day. Never once did they offer to check the donut to ensure it was safe to drive. Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available.
