My son’s explorer has been there over a month for a water pump to be changed. He called for an update and they told him they never had his vehicle. My wife and daughter in law went up there the next day. They found the car. Oops sorry! They had been calling twice a week for updates and had gotten zero results. actually wish i could give 0 stars . I dropped my car off Feb. 9th at 8:45am , for a service that was covered under warranty, they said it would take them 48 hrs for a diagnostic. I waited those 48 hours and never got a call , so figured id see what going on .. My son and daughter in law dropped off their Ford Explorer at Robinson Brothers service department over a month ago. It is under extended warranty. They were told when they dropped it off it would be around 48 hours when they would be contacted with diagnosis which didn’t happen. I had the absolutely pleasure of working with De'Aun and she is completely knowledgeable in relation to warranties, coverages and services that the vehicle needed. I was told no by several other service centers but 1 stop in at robinson brothers service center and De'Aun was able to get my issue completely resolved at absolutely no cost to me. She is a complete Godsend
We dropped my son’s truck off on a Monday because of engine issues. Did not hear back from them by Wednesday, so called for an update. No returned call so called again Wednesday evening. Was told three things were wrong so had to submit for warranty first thing in the morning. Called by 2:30 the next day and they still had not submitted to warranty.
