Visited Robinsons well laid out showroom and was met by friendly and knowledgeable staff at this family run business. Expert advice and suggestions were given , enabling us to make informed decisions for our requirements. So much so we felt confident to place an order there and then. I've never had a conversation with you personally but as I'm micks wife and by the way it's me that cleans the urinals with nothing more than stainless steel cleaner and hot soapy water. Mick got sick of ringing you regarding the water which is still leaking that he gave up. He's got more things to do than be on the phone to yourselves. As he kept requesting an appearance from the supplier of the troughs only to be told he'd been out and he couldn't get in. Which is a blantent lie.
