First they refused to attempt flat tire repair since it MIGHT be to close to outside tread (remember when the only issue was sidewall) then they refused to repair since I had used external plug to make temporary repair (most people using plug go with it altho tire mfrs recommend plug removal then permanent repair by internal patch). These people called some other facility who told them if plugged, they were not allowed to do internal patch (made me wonder who actually running this business).
