Very rude and very unethical business.
If I could I would give them a negative rating! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP Bonnie Cowles is by far the rudest person ever & really needs to take some customer service classes. While on vacation from Oklahoma my alternator went out and they were pretty much our only option since it was a holiday weekend. SO………… First, they charged us over $1,000.00 to change an alternator. Very fair on price and quality work on my GMC Sierra and my son's Jeep Wrangler.
These guys really took care of me. I waited for a bit for my ride to come pick me up and I saw their interaction with the othwr clients. They were 100% friendly and professional the whole time. I've been to OTHER Auto repair shops where it seemed like NOBODY wanted to be there, but theae guys were TOP TIER. They made sure my car was travel ready and did a really good job explaining any questions I may have had. Check them out!
Had break trouble with my car while on vacation. They showed concern for the situation I was in and got the work done promptly at a fair price. Good customer service!
