Do not waste your time or money. They said the part to repair the dryer would cost $600 and it was not worth fixing. Called the parts store and found out the heating element is less than $25. The charge to come look at the dryer was $134 for them to completely lie. They are running a scam business. Found out from others this is a common practice for them. Many others have had the same experience with Robinson Appliance Service!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. EVER Started this past Monday with a service call for a gas dryer not having heat. Was told they would call between 9-12 I called them at 11:50am and was told that it would now be between 12-1pm They showed up and were here for about 1/2 hour. 2 techs. They said it was a n thermal fuse but they didn’t have one on the truck. Said they’d return later if possible Then charged me $104 service charge They returned at 8:30PM.
