My spouse and I have been going to Dr. Robinson for over 15 years. We have never had a more compassionate and caring doctor as she. She takes her time with you and referrals to other specialty docs have been top notch. The old office crew had a couple of 'cranky' people, but those folks are gone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for many years and have NOTHING but good things to say about her and her staff! Always pleasant, on time appointments and always available if needed. Her assistants are also awesome if she’s booked and can’t see you quickly! Times are tough, and during the last year I am thankful for Family Practice!
My experience with Dr. Robinson was very good for several years. However, a couple years ago when I called for an appt. I was told by the receptionist that I was cancelled due to non compliance. First of all, shouldn't the doctor sit down with me and tell me that, rather than have someone else do it?? What happened to the Hippocratic Oath? You help sick people, no matter what. I have a very serious, and deadly illness, and I am told so long. That is very sad, and devastating.
Dr. Robinson is the best doctor I have ever had. She is capable, kind and is willing to do procedures rather than pushing you off to someone else. Excellent doctor!
My wife passed away with a very hard to diagnose cancer last week. DR. Robinson diaganosed it five years ago, in her office! Donna survived over five years with a cancer that has an average mortality rate of 2-1/2 years.
After 10 yrs & you get a letter that she's firing you for non-compliant to trmt because she cannoit remember she set u up with an endocr dr 9 mths out but you sought trmt at UPENN diabetes clinic for sooner care- I say she's heartless to say the least
Dr. Robinson was highly recommended. We made new patient appointments and were pleasantly surprised they were available, even though they were 4 months in advance. We waited and the office canceled them and rebooked us again in a few months. My husband’s was even canceled the morning of the appointment. The rebooked appointments were canceled again, offering us appts in December. We need a doctor we can depend on. The office is run poorly. They never even tried to meet our needs!
This is a very frustrating office, Dr. Robinson has no sick patient visits available and the soonest she can see you ever is two weeks. Only saw her one time at my new patient visit. Refers all call to nurse practitioners. Very disappointed.
Dr Amy Robinson is the smartest and kindest primary Dr I have ever had. I absolutely trust her with my life and give her the highest recommendation possible. She is worth waiting for and is simply awesome!!!
