This was my first time at this clinic, and I felt like I have used them for years. I had called my regular vet and was told they couldn’t see her until the next day. She kept shaking her head and wouldn’t stop. I was worried that she might have ear mites, and I was so pleased that they took her right in. Fortunately it was maybe a mild infection and Dr. Holmes gave her drops and she was great by the next day. The facility was so clean and felt like an urgent care clinic. Robinson 24-Hour is one of the best emergency vet clinics we have been to. The atmosphere when you walk in, the staff, our consultation with Nurse Courtney and Dr. Robinson - all wonderful. My poor Chia got her eye clawed (accidentally) by her brother. Corneal puncture - thankfully did not get her iris at all. But she was hurting bad. Very knowledgeable and gentle crew. They listen to our needs and gave the best treatment possible for our dogs situation. I would recommend this vets office all day long.
Our one year old, 5 pound puppy was bitten and shaken violently by a 50 pound pup. Although appearing superficial, he was dazed and limping. It was recommended to check Miki out at the animal hospital. We chose Robinson 24 hour hospital. We found a caring, dedicated and professional staff at all levels.
