I have been a customer since October 2018. I was in need of a quick service for our Pastors Anniversary and her business was the only one that could meet my request. I have used them two more times and once again they exceeded my expectations. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I say that because the last time I went to her shop there were two young ladies in there and Angie was out of town. They were respectful to all of the customers and knowledgeable. I didn’t want to post this as they’re a surprise for our groomsmen but 100+ dollars for this is unacceptable we are also missing one of the cups we took in I can’t prove that but the pictures speak for their self :/ I will say the bags that were part of the order turned out well, these not so much!
The only place I will go to have monogramming done! Helpful, kind, affordable, trustworthy- AND fast!!
