Update: my wife went in and got screamed at by the employee despite the receipt clearly stating the change of mind return policy. My wife is a regular customer and to be yelled at was a sad experience. I was very disappointed today when I came in for a refund since the product didn’t match what my partner wanted. Purchased two hours prior. Was told to come back tomorrow when the manager is in. I was told no refund for change of mind (read the receipt). Today, my family and I had the pleasure of being served by Tina, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, Tina made us feel welcome and taken care of. Tina delivered fantastic customer service. It’s rare to come across someone dedicated at what they do.
Staff refused cash and when i questioned it their excuse was covid
