Terrible place, quite frankly don’t shop there. I wish I had read other reviews first. Very over priced despite huge sale offers that entice you to buy under false pretences then when you’ve considered your purchase they won’t refund the next day even though the box was unopened. This is dated policy and leaves a bad impression and certainly builds no brand loyalty. Please do yourself a favour and shop around first. Then you won’t buy from here anyway!!!
Went in there a couple of months ago to buy a knife set. Got conned into a $500 japanese steel knife set that was "marked down from $1300 " Wow that's a great discount without a second thought i paid for it, came with a knife set, and a cutlery set aswell. You beauty. Took the kits home and over the passed few months been throwing them in the bin one by one, they rust. Yes the finest Japanese steel Robins kitchens claim to sell is pure garbage.
