Needing a good pair of kitchen scissors for cuttings up most foods from chicken to meat & salads etc. The guy in Robins in the Cairns store I asked him while he was on his phone l waited then asked if the scissors priced from $21.99 sale price down to $6.50 were worth it. I got my answer when l got my new scissors unpacked the wouldn’t cut anything from chicken to meat or even a plastic bag.. absolute waste of money. I should have known .. never again will I shop there.
Watch out for these shop pricing tactics. I went in to buy a 32” Baccarat pan that was advertised in-store for $199. Before purchasing, I checked online and found the exact same item on Amazon for $99. I spoke to the manager about the huge price difference, and their response was: “We are not Amazon.” I then asked them to check the price on their own website — and surprise, it was also listed there for $99.
