Originally a five star review. However, after multiple account managers, the incompetence was showed. We tried canceling ahead of our renewal date but were denied. They would not communicate with our policy holder. We were turned into collections but we fought back and won. We had the paper trail and digital signatures on our side. The process was simple once Robins was removed from the scenario. Too much hassle to deal with.
