I got my engagement ring resized here, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Robin was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process. The resizing was done beautifully - you wouldn’t even know it had been adjusted, and it fits perfectly now. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable!

This google review is not done ....I'm nervous and excited....went to this jewelry store today .(..I left a message on their phone two days ago and early today. Derrick called me), so i went to his store, and he was knowledgeable, which calmed me down (because my ring is personally made with important times in my life) and it was cut off my finger in the hospital.....so I'll add to this review when my ring is done ......

They designed my wedding band. Now I have them doing my anniversary band on the other side. I can't wait to get it back. Such beautiful work.

I had the engagement ring created here and experienced the best service of all the stores I had been to. Robin offered to show me the diamonds up close and created a virtual model of the ring all before putting any money down! That was exactly the kind of service I was looking for. The ring was made locally, displays great craftsmanship, and was a better deal than the big box stores. I’ve been recommending him to friends and family for a month now!

Derrick and the staff at Robin's were outstanding through the process of custom making an engagement ring for my now fiancé. Derrick took the time to ensure we were on the same page and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect with the ring.
