Used this company the past few years, mediocre at best. Then it got worse today when they had an appointment between noon and 1 pm but no one showed up, I waited here another 30 minutes, hoping to hear from someone, total silence. Texted the guy, who said he "messed up the schedule," then proceeded to give ME attitude when he was 100% in the wrong.
