Two individuals that I worked with at this location for a personal tax matter. Their names were: Kelly Castillo Mr Siegel Between the dates of August 15th and November 29th, 2018 - I been back and forth with them attempting to resolve my issue. During that time I have had minimal success resolving my issue due to minimal response from them and no follow-up with the status of my case. All documents that I have handed over have now been lost by their office. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES.
I do not recommend this business. I had to follow up with repeated phone calls and messages to get taxes completed after I'd provided everything they asked for. They don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. After taxes were finally completed, I received a notice from the IRS that additional taxes were due. I called and, again, no one answered or returned my messages. Mr. Robinett and his assistant were very pleasant when I was in the office, but unless you want to play a long game of phone tag, stay away!
