I've been a patient here for years and apparently since my doctor left the practice, I'm now a "new patient" only they aren't currently taking new patients, so I can't see a doctor now that I need one. So no, I don't recommend this practice.
I have worked as a call center manager for over 5 years and I am astounded that the receptionist at this company is still employed. Receptionist positions are among the easiest in our field and never have to assist callers directly. I complained months ago about her. Called again yesterday same receptionist answered my call and refused to answer half of my 2 part question and transferred. RecommendedThis is the best place to go when you need a neurologist. I saw Dr. Hedges and she was very nice and informative. She explained in detail why I was having so much pain in my back. I highly recommend this office and their doctors.

You can stop seeing people who's insurance you knowingly don't accept and then sending them a bill for $600 for one office visit! You're a bunch of thieves!
