Firstly, 1 star isn’t what they deserve! What a shambles, my husband purchased a new Amarok Ute last year, it’s less than 12 months old. It went into limp mode and subsequently wouldn’t accelerate past 20kms, this in itself could have caused death or serious injury when the Ute won’t accelerate and stops moving! Today he received the call to say it’s ready for collection and the fault has been fixed, so he leaves work early to collect the Ute. Robina Volkswagen Service Center – Pathetic Service! Avoid at All Costs – 0 Star (Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to post this) I had an absolutely terrible experience with Robina Volkswagen Service Center—easily one of the worst car service experiences I’ve ever had. VW that refuses to diagnose/work on a VW! Seems they have a rule to not touch vehicles older than 10 years. Hardly makes one want to ever buy another VW!
