This practice is incredible. From friendly professional receptionists (especially Amy), to caring and attentive nurses and doctors. Dr Amanda Khoo is exceptional. She listens and takes everything into account - doesn’t brush off any of my concerns as “unnecessary” as previous GPs have. The smooth-running of the practice is all thanks to the practice manager, Judith. She’s always very accommodating. Could not recommend Robina Village Medical Centre enough.
Absolutely phenomenal service! Kind staff and the doctor that saw mee was incredible. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
This is one of the best Medical Centres on the Gold Coast. The reception are so lovely and helpful and thoughtful especially judith. It is such a pleasure to go there. Dr Babak is the most wonderful GP. Amazingly caring and so knowledgable and thorough. I am so happy to have found him and the lovely staff. i cannot reccomend highly enough
I was recommended by someone very, very close to me, to see Dr Babak, in 2020. I was promised that i would be listened to, with 0 judgement and given genuine care, and that is exactly what happened, and to this day. The reception team(a special shout out to Judith, Amy,Annette, Tahya & Debbie)& Dr Babak, have gone above and beyond more than I could ever explain. Dr Rebecca Ford is absolutely wonderful. She has such a lovely, approachable manner and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and you can tell she truly wants the best for her clients. I always feel comfortable and well looked after in her care. Highly recommend!
