Great doctors and look at helping more than one thing at each visit.
Disappointed because dr ford was amazing! She was very compassionate and helpful with my anxiety BUT THE RECEPTION! I booked in for a procedure one week from my appointment (to the following Thursday, my appointment card also shows this) only for the reception to ring me with disgusting attitude telling me I’d missed my appointment on the Tuesday. I lost my doctor of 20 years, due to greed, and demands, made by the staff and management at the medical centre Not the doctors, they are good, shame about the management. Should be reported.
Dr Ryan and the young nurse are wonderful however the reception staff are rude with little to no empathy. I provided some feedback via the surgery’s website and this google review to be called by the practice manager to defend their practice and staff’s behaviour, not apologise or provide me you a suitable solution.
