Unfortunately due to the reception Debbie I have left this review. She was extremely rude and not understanding. This clinic claims they see patients with adhd but I don’t think they do because Debbie does not have any patients towards people like this. When one has a social anxiety and needs to do certain things like watch something on the phone to calm them down she didn’t ask us but demanded that we shut the phone. We left due to long wait they had squeezed in someone before us but we were there before that patient and our son did not settle and the reception lady Debbie did not allow my adhd son use the phone to keep him calm even though they see patients with this spectrum. So we couldn’t wait anymore. I think she needs to be more understanding towards people with special needs

I honestly can’t recommend Dr Fatemeh Arya enough. I’m someone who basically never goes to the doctor, but after struggling with ADHD symptoms for a long time, I finally decided I needed to speak to someone. I actually found Dr Fatemeh after seeing someone online mention how helpful she had been with their ADHD. The thought of organising appointments with a psychiatrist or psychologist felt really overwhelming to me, not to mention the cost. I had the worst experience with the practice manager Judith. She is passive aggressive and has breached patient confidentiality more than one occasion, telling people they are drug seekers when she has no experience in pain management. I don't know how she is even still working in the industry and how is she is still employed!!!
