Had a recall on my Mazda & after getting lost I was 40 min late for my time slot. On arrival I was frazzled, hot & bothered ready. Thank goodness for Mark from service centre who calmed me down & informed my car would be ready within an hour. I took myself across to Bunnings for some retail therapy & 1hr later an SMS to say my car was ready. Mark walked me to my car & gave me directions to h/way. That is why I gave Robina Mazda 5 stars.
Just purchased my second Mazda, my experience at Robina Mazda was the same. A1 service from Jazz and all the team., service centre etc.

1 Star Took my car in for a recall on my mazda. I was told it would only take about 20 minutes and was asked to wait in the waiting room. Two hours later, I went to ask what was taking so long, only to be told “we must have forgotten about you.” Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I had planned to drop the car off and Uber to my appointments, but instead I was left waiting for hours with no communication or apology. Very disappointing experience.
Recently, we acquired our third Mazda vehicle from Robina Mazda. Over the years, I have purchased numerous new cars, but none compare to the exceptional service provided by Mazda Robina. From the initial pre-purchase process to the sales and delivery experience, and the subsequent after-sales service, I highly recommend Mazda Robina for their professionalism and genuine customer service.
