I have taken some time to decide whether or not it was worth a review, but have decided to share my experience with Robina Mazda to warn others - in both sales and especially service. In summary, go to Southport. In both Sales and Service you'll have a much better time there. My mother took the car into service due to an airbag issue “airbag passenger light stays on “ even when a passenger is sitting in the front seat. This was explicitly mentioned what needed to be fixed under warranty, when I picked up the car they said this was normal in which I called another Mazda dealership stating this is a dangerous fault and needs to be fixed asap. These mechanics love to rip off females don’t repair your car here. AI ARE EVEN SMARTER THEN THE MECHANICS HERE.

Excellent Customer Service Experience at Robina Mazda. My highest recommendations! 100%! My sincere thanks to the service advisors, particularly Lauren.H. Lauren is very helpful and caring. The most friendly dealer principal Daniel greeted me on arrival making me feel so welcome and his genuine customer care is very well reflected in his staff who are very professional.
Got a “service” 2 years ago and they still harass me to bring my car in. Last year I asked them to take me off the call list. -10000/10 fifty billion thumbs down. Rude, incompetent reception, rip off and lie. I ended up doing what needed to be done myself. If they call one more time, I’m involving the police. I keep blocking their number and they keep calling.
