Had my i30 serviced last Monday, it was a very expensive service $526, when I got my car back it was covered in over spray on both front guards, the nose of the bonnet & lower part of the windshield, it is some sort of spray they spray under the bonnet to make your engine bay look pretty, that’s fine but not half the car, when I called the service manager he was very defensive like he didn’t believe me, he said it may have been when he sprayed the tyres but I said the tires were not done, I asked for a professional to wash t... read more

Purchased a brand new Hyundai Kona EV Premium in March 2024 from Robina Hyundai. In June I was unfortunately involved in a very low speed (<10km/hr) fender bender, at no fault of my own, where the only damage to my car was a cracked charging port. There was no external dent or damage. I brought my car in for servicing on the 31st of Dec, and everything was great except for one issue—they forgot to refill the windshield washer fluid. I don’t understand how this could be overlooked, especially since they topped up the coolant and engine oil.
