Had a disappointing experience with the reception . I expected this role to be filled by someone with a higher level of responsibility , communication skills, and courtesy to be able to communicate effectively with patients. Just wondering why google doesn’t have zero star?
Dr Naidoo and Dr Appana are Drs that genuinely really care . They spend quality time with each patient. My and husband and I have been seeing them both for years and appreciate them both for their dedication and care factor .
I have been seeing Dr Appanna for approx. 10 years and I can honestly attest that he is the most thorough and genuine GP I have encountered. Yes he is often running behind, however when it is your turn in the chair you forget about the wait as you understand he has treated the previous patients just as thoroughly and with the same great care as yourself. Dr Prakash is an excellent doctor, he has a gentle bedside manner and is extremely professional, my 2 year old loves her visits to him. She always feels comfortable and happy around him even when she isn’t feeling great.
