Absolutely terrible experience. Leela, the acupuncturist, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and has no sense of time. She kept me waiting without any apology or respect for my schedule. Avoid this place at all costs.
I scheduled a 7:00am phone consultation with Dr Leela AVVA intending to request routine blood tests to assess my overall health and ensure I was maintaining the right course. While the doctor initially confirmed that the standard blood work would be arranged, she turned around and declined to proceed with the request. I found this very disappointing and unprofessional.
