Robin is amazing. She listen to concerns and does what she needs to to solve any issues. She's one of the best care physicians I've ever had. Thanks
The whole $110 upfront fee they collect despite being an in network provider (my insurance doesn’t even have a copay for primary care of providers) for which they have NO problem collecting with a credit card. Very easily they could just refund your card this “deposit” which is to make sure they at least make $110 if you somehow embezzle services from them despite being IN NETWORK — so this process will take FOUR MONTHS. Robin is hands down the best medical provider I have had. She spends time with her patients and never rushes you out the door. If you have multiple issues she will take the time to address each one in one visit. Could not be happier with my choice in family medicine care.
I haven’t even made it to my appointment and I am so impressed with the front desk lady already! Man some of these reviews clearly are the author not the practice ! Can’t wait for my appointment.
